Woodlake Market Loyalty Program

As Woodlake Market prepares to reopen this Summer, the market will be transitioning to a new point-of-sale system, resulting in a temporary pause in loyalty point redemption. 

DETAILS:

  • Loyalty point redemptions will temporarily be halted beginning May 1.

  • The redemption freeze will remain in place until Woodlake Market reopens.

  • All unredeemed points will remain safely on your loyalty account during this time.

Once the market reopens, point redemption will resume. This temporary pause allows Woodlake Market to ensure a smooth system transition.

Woodlake Market Loyalty program cannot be used with bulk purchasing. All rewards are subject to availability, some exclusions apply. Management has the final discretion on viability of product purchase towards points accumulation.
Kohler Waters Spa rewards must be scheduled ahead of time. Day passes exclude weekends and holidays. Spa Services Monday–Thursday only. Non-redeemable on all holidays, including week between Christmas and New Year's. Dining rewards must be scheduled ahead of time. 


Lodging rewards redemption is subject to availability at the discretion of Kohler Hospitality. A credit card will be required to secure your reservation. The original certificate must be presented at time of check in or all charges will be the bearer's responsibility until such time as the original document is provided. This certificate has no cash value and is not transferable or redeemable for cash or trade to other promotions, packages, or services within our resort hotel and associated businesses. Valid one year from time of acceptance
