At its core, The Wisconsin Room is about beloved dishes done right, focusing on flavor, technique, and enjoyable dining experiences. Start your mornings with delicious breakfast fare or join us for an exquisite Sunday Brunch, offered every week from 9am–1pm. When evening comes around, order an ice-cold martini in the Library Bar, peruse our extensive wine list, and choose from a selection of high-quality steaks, chops, and seafood.

Experience an evening of refined coastal cuisine as The Wisconsin Room presents its signature all-you-can-eat seafood buffet. Indulge in an abundant selection of crab, shrimp, mussels, oysters, ceviche, and more, complemented by carved prime rib and steak from the chef’s table.
