WATERCOLOR PAINTING CLASS 
9:30–11:30am ⎸ Kohler Experiential Learning Center 

 Erin will introduce several painting exercises inspired by botanicals and fresh produce. You will then paint a variety of subjects and explore working with water, color, and texture. Small breakfast pastries, coffee, and soft drinks will be available.

VEGETARIAN COOKING CLASS 
2:30–4:30pm ⎸ Bay de Noc at The American Club

Inspired by the painting class earlier in the day, learn how to prepare and serve a delectable shaved snap pea salad and savory asparagus tart.

MEDITERRANEAN WATERCOLOR DINNER 
7pm reception, 7:30pm dinner ⎸ Kohler Design Center

Enjoy a cocktail reception followed by an artful dinner presentation at the Kohler Design Center. The five-course vegetarian menu features dishes inspired by Erin’s book The Forest Feast Mediterranean, created in collaboration with Chef Ted Stay, alongside beverage pairings.

Featured presenter: Erin Gleeson

Erin Gleeson is The New York Times best-selling cookbook author and artist behind the lifestyle brand The Forest Feast. Her series of five cookbooks has sold hundreds of thousands of copies around the world and has been translated into 10 languages.

 

She began her career in New York City as a photography professor at The Fashion Institute of Technology and worked as a freelance food photographer for clients and publications including The James Beard Foundation and The New York Times Dining Section.

 

Erin’s work blends photography with watercolor illustrations and hand lettering. She now lives with her husband and three kids near Madison, Wisconsin.
