GUEST INFORMATION

 

Accepted Methods of Payment

Kohler Food and Wine is a cashless event. All purchases will require the use of a credit or debit card. Kohler, Wisconsin gift cards can only be used at Kohler, Wisconsin owned businesses and cannot be used for event ticket purchases.

 

Overnight Package Guests

All Kohler Food & Wine package guests will receive Village tickets at check-in. Package guests will be able to check in via last & first name at the door for any package included events.

If package guests purchase additional event tickets outside of package inclusions, separate tickets are required & they should provide electronic ticket/ QR code for those additional events.

 

Event Tickets

Tickets are available at kohlerfoodandwine.com. We do not offer any discounts on Kohler Food and Wine tickets for any guests not participating in all aspects of the event. Online reflects the most accurate count on ticket availability. If only 1 ticket appears on the drop down, that means only 1 ticket is remaining.

The “Hidden Ticket” code is not available for use.

 

All Kohler Food and Wine tickets are electronic event tickets and will be sent via email as PDF documents. All tickets need to be presented at the door prior to the beginning of the event. Tickets (printed or electronic) will be accepted. All attending guests must have individual tickets for each event they attend.

Event Ticket Cancellation Policy

All Kohler Food and Wine event tickets are non-refundable. No event related refunds will be issued by Kohler. Guests have the option to purchase a ticket protection via a 3rd party called FanShield before completing the check-out process. The cost of the protection is 6.5% of the order total and allows for refunds should a ticket cancellation be necessary. All ticket protection transactions are owned and fully managed by FanShield. Should guests opt not to purchase the ticket protection, they assume the risk of losing the value of the ticket should they not be able to make it to the event.

 

Information Booth/ Village Tickets/ Merchandise

An event information booth will be located at The Shops at Woodlake close to the Village Green. Guests can stop for general event questions and purchase a limited amount of Kohler Food and Wine merchandise. Additionally, this is where event attendees will pick up the pre-purchased Village tickets (proof of purchase required), and/or purchase Village tickets on site while supply lasts.

 

Hours:

Friday – 10am–6pm

Saturday – 10am–6pm

 

Age Requirement

No one under 21 will be permitted in any Kohler Food and Wine events, including infants and small children in child carriers. This policy pertains to all events including demonstrations, seminars, and, dinners with the exception of the Thursday evening Kohler Chef’s Challenge Presented by Prevea. Please ensure you bring a proper form of identification. For an exemption, please contact specialevents@kohler.com for consideration.    

 

Dietary Restrictions and Food Allergies

The events at Kohler Food and Wine feature a wide variety of foods and beverages from all categories. We cannot guarantee that participating chefs and restaurants will prepare dishes without common allergens, including nuts, dairy, gluten, etc. Additionally, not all events will have vegetarian options available. It’s important to always ask the chef, server, or vendor whether allergens or ingredients are in the dishes you are going to consume.

 

The Kohler Food and Wine Village 

The Kohler Food and Wine Village is a central gathering location featuring a variety of beverages crafted by our partner suppliers. Anyone can access the Village; however, Village tickets are required to participate in the beverage offerings.

 

This year each Village ticket will come with a set number of 4 drinks & 2 wine samples. Purchase of a ticket no longer gives guests access to an “all you can drink” experience. Guests can share the tickets & purchase more on site while supply lasts.

 

Besides alcoholic cocktails, wine, and beer, we offer some nonalcoholic options such an N/A cocktails, N/A beer, and Bubblr.

 

Though the Kohler Food and Wine Village is an outdoor space, we only allow service/working animals to be within the fenced in area. No other pets will be permitted.

 

Event App

The Kohler Food and Wine Event app is no longer in use and was discontinued.

 

Attire

Day time events are recommended resort casual, or resort chic.

Evening events are recommended resort chic.

 

Parking

Complimentary self-parking is available nearby most of our event venues (first come, first serve). We also provide event shuttles that take guests throughout the footprint of Kohler Food and Wine.

 

Paid parking will be available at The Woodlake Market parking lot on a first come first serve basis. The cost is $40 per day (credit card only) and the vehicle must remain parked for the duration of the guest’s stay – there will be no re-entry after leaving. Signage directing guests to the Woodlake Market parking lot will be in place.

 

Shuttle Service

Kohler Food and Wine offers convenient shuttle service to transport guests to and from various event locations throughout the event footprint. The shuttles run on a continuous loop and wait times should not exceed 15 minutes. Please refer to the event map for shuttle stops. We do not offer shuttle transportation outside of the Village of Kohler.

There is no shuttle service provided outside of the Village of Kohler.

Pet Policy

Pets are not permitted at Kohler Food and Wine.

Service/working animals are not considered pets and are exempt from this policy with proper documentation.

 

ADA Accessibility

All Kohler Food and Wine events are ADA accessible.

 

Weather

In case of inclement and/or dangerous weather there are certain venues that may be closed or may have adjusted hours to ensure the safety of everyone. Additionally, please be advised that some events take place (partially) outdoors. Please be dressed accordingly.
