Kohler Food and Wine Tee Off Presented by Nicholas Air

1pm | Blackwolf Run
Tee off for an unforgettable round of golf on the stunning River at Blackwolf Run®. As you make your way through this exciting course, enjoy some food and beverage tastings at select holes as well as some small challenges.

 

Note: Event will be a 1pm shotgun start. Cart and forecaddie provided. If you would like to be paired with another guest, please email specialevents@kohler.com.

Kohler Chef's Challenge Presented by Prevea

6:30–8:30pm | Great Lakes Ballroom
Presenter: Several Chefs from Kohler, Wisconsin

The battle of Kohler chefs returns! Back by popular demand, the Chef's Challenge is bringing fierce competition as three heats of two top Kohler chefs go head-to-head in a live cooking competition. Each chef will work with mystery ingredients, putting their creativity, skill, and a touch of culinary magic to the test.

A panel of expert judges will taste, score, and ultimately decide who walks away with the bragging rights. But that's not all, each chef will also prepare one exclusive extra plate that will be auctioned off live to the highest bidder. The entire proceeds from the auction will benefit a local charity.

 

No food and beverage included in this event, but will be available for purchase on-site.

Wine Dinner with Scott Conant

Kohler Food & Wine Village

11am–6pm | Food & Wine Village

Raise a glass at the Kohler Food & Wine Village, the central space for gathering and socializing. With over 14 curated brands, ranging from Belle Glos and Tito's Vodka to Bulleit Bourbon and a beer garden, visitors are invited to participate in immersive one-of-a-kind activities. Each ticket includes two wine samples and four full-size beverages (choice of wine, beer, and cocktails).

 

Food is not included in the ticket, but food trucks will be available on-site with items for purchase.

 

Note: Tickets can be shared between people as each allows a set number of drinks included. Ticket badges will be punched after each beverage is ordered. Tickets will be available for purchase on-site as well, as long as supplies last.

Belle Glos Bottle Dipping

Take a dip. Each ticket for this experience includes an undipped bottle of Belle Glos pinot noir and the opportunity to hand dip your own bottle at the on-site wax station. You won’t find many opportunities outside Kohler Food & Wine for this one-of-a-kind experience.

Wine Tasting with The Eyrie Vineyards

Founded in 1965 by the visionary David Lett, The Eyrie Vineyards pioneered pinot noir, chardonnay, and pinot gris in Oregon’s Willamette Valley. Today second-generation winegrower Jason Lett continues the legacy with a commitment to no-till, certified organic farming across 65 acres of dry-farmed estate vineyards. Eyrie produces around 8,500 cases annually, crafting 21 diverse cuvées and offering cellar-certified library wines from its deep collection. The estate, nestled in the Dundee Hills at elevations from 230–900 feet, is balanced by conserved, old-growth forest, preserving Eyrie’s spirit of innovation and stewardship.
