The Whistling Straits Ruck Challenge ⎸ 7:30am
(3,6,9 mile loops)
Set off on a guided ruck through dunes, bluffs, and frozen shoreline with the support of Kohler Wellness staff offering hydration and recovery.
Post-Ruck Recovery ⎸ 12pm
Warm up with a sauna and shower at Blackwolf Run®, followed by a nourishing lunch and interactive nutrition session, “The Ultimate Recovery Meal.”
Keynote Presentation ⎸ 4pm
Gather with retreat attendees and the community to listen to Nikki Miller, Director of Kohler Waters Spa, deliver an inspiring talk: “Building Lifelong Resilience.”
