This multi-sensory treatment refreshes and renews the skin and scalp. This service includes a purifying scalp cleanse, relaxing massage, and nourishing hair conditioning experience. Guided by Nikki Miller, Director of Kohler Water Spa, and the gentle vibrations of crystal singing bowls, chimes, and harmonic instruments, this immersive sound bath helps shift the body from stress into a state of calm, balance, and renewal. Sunrise Yoga at Kohler Waters Spa

Awaken your mind and body with a gentle morning flow during our Sunrise Yoga session at Kohler Waters Spa on the fourth floor. Enjoy a calming, guided practice designed to ease you into the day with intention, breath, and movement.
After class, extend your morning restoration with complimentary access to the spa amenities, including relaxation spaces, pools, and thermal experiences. Guests will also be treated to a wellness smoothie to nourish and refresh post‑practice.
As a special bonus, the first five registrants will receive a complimentary session in our new Ammortal Chamber, an innovative wellness experience designed to elevate recovery and rejuvenation. Guest must be in the military (active, veterans, or retired), first responders, police officers, firefighters, teachers, or healthcare professionals. IDs are required at check-in. Valid for only the qualifying personnel, not their guests. Finishing services excluded: all manicures, pedicures, hair, eyelash, makeup and waxing.
