Children under the age of 14 must be directly supervised by a responsible adult at all times while at Sports Core.
Fitness areas are not available for youth under the age of 10 outside of organized programs.
Children ages 10–13 may access the Fitness and Standard Training Centers after completing a Youth-in-Training program with a Sports Core trainer and while under the direct supervision of a responsible adult. A cardio Youth-in-Training is complimentary. A strength Youth-in-Training is available for a fee. Youth-in-Training is recommended for all children ages 10–17 who wish to access the Fitness and Standard Training Centers. Contact the fitness manager to set up a Youth-in-Training session.
The outdoor whirlpool is available only for guests ages 18 years and older.
The indoor whirlpool is restricted to ages 5 and older.
No inflatables allowed in the indoor pool; however, assistive devices for infants are allowed
Throwing of objects in pool area and deck is prohibited
All swimmers who are not toilet-trained must wear a swim diaper
Cell phone and camera use is prohibited in locker rooms.
Children over the age of four are not permitted in locker rooms of the opposite sex. Family changing rooms are available.
Please hang coats in your locker or on the coat rack located near the lobby restrooms.
Place all valuables or personal items, such as purses and duffel bags, in your locker to ensure safekeeping.
To minimize dirt and moisture getting onto the cardio equipment, carry athletic shoes into the building and change before entering all fitness areas. Sandals and open-toe shoes are not allowed.
Please conduct all phone conversations discreetly in the lobby area, not in the training center.
Complimentary workout towels are provided. Please use them on the benches and stationary equipment.
When finished with your workout, wipe down equipment with the disinfecting wipes provided.
During busy times, be respectful of others by completing your workout/sets in a timely manner. Allow others to “work in” with you.
When using free weights, please set them down gently as there are classrooms and studios below the training center.
Gently rerack all equipment when you are finished.
Please be considerate of guests. Keep conversations at a low volume.
No food or beverage carry-ins are permitted per Health Department restrictions.
All preregistered specialty classes, events, etc., are held to a 24-hour cancellation policy.
No-shows and all cancellations received less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled event will be charged in full for the event.
No black-soled shoes on tennis courts.

Yoga on the Lake has a 12-hour cancellation policy. Please make any cancelations prior to 12 hours to ensure another guest has the opportunity to take your open spot. A credit card number will be placed on file to reserve your spot and time at Yoga on the Lake. A late fee of $10 will be applied if you cancel your registration within the 12-hour time frame or are a no-show for your class.
Riders must be at least 13 years old and 4’11” or taller to participate in classes.
No cell phones or photography in the studio. Smartwatches should be in theater mode. Feel free to capture moments in our social areas.
Sign in at least four minutes before class starts. A credit card is required to reserve your spot. Private events must be canceled or rescheduled with at least 48 hours' notice.
Returns accepted within 30 days with receipt. Items must be unworn, unused, and have tags intact. Refunds issued as Bold Cycle account credit.
