“YOGA, KARMA, AND THE COSMOS” WORKSHOP WITH CHARLOTTE

2:30–4:30pm | Yoga on the Lake

Yoga comes from the Vedic wisdom tradition, which also includes Jyotish, the “science of light,” or Vedic Astrology. Using sidereal calculations, Jyotish offers a distinct cosmic map compared to Western astrology. Together, Yoga and Jyotish help illuminate Karma, Dharma, and authentic self-expression. This workshop includes a wisdom talk and open discussion on the nature of reality from a Yogic perspective.

“THE ART OF PRESENCE” WORKSHOP WITH JAY

5–7PM | Yoga on the Lake

This yogic-mindset workshop helps you tap into your inner energy and explore non-verbal communication with yourself and others. Through guided partner exercises and mindful movement, you build awareness, presence, and authenticity. Reflective practices then reveal patterns of self-talk and how they shape confidence and connection. The experience blends movement and introspection to help you show up more fully and express your true potential.
