Begin the evening with a spirited welcome reception in Founder’s Boardroom featuring Sales Specialist Tate Barber of Sazerac. Guests will enjoy two signature Buffalo Trace cocktails—a Boulevardier and a classic Old Fashioned—alongside thoughtful small bites.

From pheasant and apricot kabobs to smoked duck breast, artisanal cheeses, and bacon-wrapped dates, the reception offers a refined balance of savory and sweet selections, perfectly suited for an exceptional selection of whiskies.

Enjoy an elegant morning pairing experience led by Tucker Carper, National Brand Ambassador for Four Roses Bourbon. Four refined small bites will complement three expertly crafted whiskey cocktails, highlighting balance, flavor, and skilled preparation with every sip and bite.

WHISKEY TASTING: NEAT POURS

3:30–4:30pm | Bay de Noc at The American Club

Discover distinctive whiskey styles during this guided tasting led by Joe Henry Jr., Whiskey Maker at Wisconsin’s own J. Henry & Sons. Guests will sample four half-pour expressions while discussing flavor profiles, craftsmanship, and regional character in an intimate setting.

A TASTE OF SCOTLAND DINNER

Reception 7pm | Dinner 7:30pm | Whistling Straits Restaurant

Start the evening with a lively reception, followed by a five-course pairing dinner highlighting the bold flavors of Highland cuisine and the rich complexity of The Glendronach Distillery single malts. Led by Rory Glasgow and Vincent Milewski of Macski’s Highland Foods & Gear, this immersive experience unites refined culinary craft with exceptional whisky in a setting inspired by Scottish tradition.
