Sound Healing Journey: Heart Chakra Meditation

A heart chakra meditation and sound journey is a soothing vibrational experience focused on the Anahata, or heart energy center, to support compassion and emotional balance. Crystal singing bowls tuned to heart-opening frequencies create gentle vibrations that encourage energy flow and release emotional blockages, complemented by chimes, drums, and tuning forks. Yoga mats, bolsters, and blankets are provided. For added comfort, feel free to bring a blanket, pillow, or cozy layers.
