Data We Collect Through Kohler Food & Wine App

We collect data through the app in order to enhance your experience using the app. This data includes:

• User's preferred locale – this is used to determine what language app text should display in
• Current time zone – this is used to display whether event is open, and add time stamps to push notifications
• App interactions by the user – this will be used to send relevant push notifications

If you choose to enable it, location data is used to send push messages related to the event, as well as allow you to use the interactive map. This data includes the following:

• Location permission status (on/off)
• Location, accuracy and date/time periodically throughout the day (only while at the event)
• Each visit to the resort including date/time first seen and last seen
• Date/time entered/exited event location

Finally, we may collect data about your device for troubleshooting and analytics. This data includes the following:

• Operating system
• Operating system version
• Device name
• Battery level
• Battery status (charging or not)
• Mobile network carrier name
• Currently connected Wi-Fi SSID
• IP address
• App version and build number
• Bluetooth status
