Inn on Woodlake
Our lakeside retreat at Inn on Woodlake is entering an exciting new chapter with a comprehensive transformation designed to elevate both stay and experience. The expansion introduces 66 additional guest rooms and suites, along with an energetic golf and entertainment destination serving as the social heart of the property. Thoughtfully designed accommodations and enhanced gathering spaces reflect Kohler’s commitment to craftsmanship, contemporary comfort, and genuine hospitality. Inn on Woodlake will remain open throughout construction, with completion planned for June 2027.
Carriage House
Our adults-only retreat with convenient access to Kohler Waters Spa is undergoing an interior refresh. The lobby, corridors, and 44 guest rooms will re-emerge brighter and more modern with fully updated bathrooms, custom furnishings, and curated art throughout. For additional comfort, select guest rooms will transform into spacious king accommodations, transitioning from double queen layouts. The Carriage House closed on November 3, 2025, with plans to reopen in May 2026, and renovations will not impact Kohler Waters Spa or access to spa amenities.
Purebred Farm
In homage to our agricultural history, including the former Kohler Farms cattle operation, Purebred Farm Golf Course will offer an alternative way to experience the game—a 14-hole, walking only, multi-loop layout. Designed in collaboration with the award-winning King Collins Dormer, this course will embrace a minimalist approach to honor the area’s natural prairie, farmland, and river valleys while preserving existing wetlands. The project broke ground in October 2025, with plans to open in summer/fall 2027.
